Registration Fees

The registration fee includes unlimited access to all scientific sessions, the Industrial Exhibition, the Welcome Reception, one congress bag, one final programme and coffee breaks. The fee for accompanying persons includes access to the Industrial Exhibition and the Welcome Reception.

Registration

Registration can be made via Internet online registration (payment by credit card only). Alternatively please return the registration form
to the Administrative Secretariat. In case of any problems, please contact the Administrative Secretariat (phone +41 61 686 77 11).

If you would like to make a group registration, please contact the Administrative Secretariat for a group registration form.

Cancellation / Refund

Refund of fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until April 18, 2012. After this date no refund can be made for cancellations.

Name Changes

For any name changes, a handling fee of CHF 30 will be charged.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk as proof of your registration.

Responsibility

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

By signing the application, the participant declares that he/she agrees to its personal and company data being processed by Congrex and that this data may be used for information purposes at other congresses and events organized by Congrex. In the opposing case, the participant notifies Congrex at the time of returning the signed application.
